Facebook Live Workouts

Miss your circuit training workout? Every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:00pm, the JCC’s Fitness Director, Bill Marzolla, takes you through the ultimate muscle-building, fat-torching circuit routine, using items available in your own home! Presented on Facebook Live and available in a recorded version for you to watch later.

Free of charge and open to the public.

To watch the workout, simply go to and scroll down  to see the live broadcast. (Please note, the broadcast doesn’t start until 3:00pm, so if you go to the Facebook page before 3:00pm you won’t see the broadcast yet.)

Virtual Run Club

APJCC instructor and trainer Else Green gets you ready to run your first, fifth or fifteenth 5K.

• Every Tuesday and Thursday we’ll warm up together with trainer Else on Zoom from 8:30-9:00am. Else will lead us in some dynamic stretches and mind-setting mantras before we (individually) hit the road to run on our own.

• Every Wednesday we’ll meet with Else on a Zoom call from 8:30-9:00am for an advice-and-support session. We’ll share any successes, setbacks, questions, and support with our running crew.

• Every weekend, on your own, take at least one Fun Run.
