Want to improve your physical fitness and/or lose weight in the new year? Sign up for this 6-week program at the JCC. This program focuses on weight loss, accountability, and learning to use the resources that are available to you at the JCC. Includes weekly group meetings with a JCC personal trainer, unlimited TRX classes, nutrition seminars and more.

How the Program Works

The program includes:
– Unlimited TRX classes
– Weekly weigh-ins
– Weekly group meetings with a personal trainer
– One nutrition seminar with a certified personal trainer at the JCC

Dates & Times
Choose one (1) of the following program start dates and times. You’ll meet weekly with a JCC trainer on your chosen date and time, for 6 weeks.

– Mondays at 8:30am with Christine, January 28-March 4
– Tuesdays at 12:00 noon with Else, January 29-March 5
– Wednesdays at 5:30pm with Else, January 30-March 6
– Saturdays at 9:30am with Chris, February 2-March 9

Trainer Meetings
You’ll meet weekly, in a group, with a Certified Personal Trainer at the JCC. Trainer meetings will last 30-45 minutes. Meetings will start with goal setting, and then transition into workout techniques.

JCC Classes
In addition to meeting weekly with your trainer, you’ll attend JCC fitness classes of your choice, on your own. At your first meeting with your trainer, you’ll receive a card that you can get stamped each time you attend a fitness class at the JCC. You’ll receive 2 stamps for attending a TRX class, and 1 stamp for each Personal Training session or Group Fitness class that you attend.

There will be a prize at the end of the program for the person who has the most stamps.

This is a weight loss challenge, so the winner will be decided based on percentage of body weight lost at the end of the six weeks.

$175 Full Center Members**
$250 Social Members/Non-Members**

**Price includes unlimited TRX classes for the duration of the program.

Group Fitness classes are FREE for all Full Center Members, so you will be able to take as many Group Fitness classes as you wish, free of charge. See the Group Fitness schedule.

– 1st place (percentage of body weight lost) wins a 3-pack of PT + 1 month of free TRX classes
– 2nd place (percentage of body weight lost) wins 1 month of free TRX classes
– Most Class Stamps wins a private Nutrition Consultation with a certified personal trainer
