What do I get when I sign Up?

Join the Body Transformation Challenge and receive:

  • Two 60-minute group sessions with a personal trainer per week 
  • Weekly weigh ins and InBody composition scans 
  • One nutrition seminar with a certified Nutrition Coach
  • At home accountability challenges and tracking sheets

Cost: $250 | $175 for Members

Program Details:

Sign up for a designated meeting time with a trainer. This group is where you will talk nutrition, receive fitness and nutrition challenges for the week, weekly measurements, and finish with a 30 min targeted workout.

Each trainer will lead a second workout during the week, and participants are free to attend any session from any trainer throughout the remainder of the week. Whether you prefer one specific session or wish to attend all of them, the flexibility is yours to embrace.

  • Wendell – Monday 10:00am – 11:00 am 
  • Justin – Monday 7:00pm – 8:00 pm
  • Matt – Tuesday 6:30am – 7:30am
  • Nastya Wednesday 11:00 am – 12:00pm

Workout Times:

    • Matt – Thursday 6:30am – 7:30am
    • Wendell – Thursday 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm 
    • Nastya – Friday 11:00 am – 12:00pm
    • Justin – Saturday 9:00 am – 10:00 am

How Do I Win?

Participation in this challenge ensures that everyone emerges victorious! However, a male and a female contestant who successfully shed the highest percentage of body fat, as measured by the InBody, will be the challenge winners. Additionally, a third champion will be recognized for conquering the most weekly challenges.
