BRENDA T.

My mission is to inspire and guide individuals on a holistic path to good health. I am committed to tailoring health and fitness programs to meet the distinct and individual needs of every person so that they have a fun and positive experience as they achieve their well-being goals.

JORDAN Y.

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2010. In that time I have worked with post-rehab clients with shoulder, knee, hip, and back injuries. Also worked with a range of special populations including but not limited to: Alzheimer’s, cancer, pre/post natal, and neurodivergent children.

NASTYA M.

My goal is to unleash the full potential of every person I work with and bring passion to every training session. My mission is to not just help you exercise, but to instill a deep sense of motivation, purpose and joy in your fitness journey. My experience as a professional athlete has given me a unique set of skills and insight into the world of sports and fitness.
