Flow & Align Yoga – Live & Virtual

Hatha Yoga and Mellow Flow classes are a simpler, slow-moving flow designed to create expansion in your body, release tension, and encourage the exploration of movement throughout your whole system. This class brings together breathwork, focus, flexibility and mobility to create a balance between a calm mind and a mobile body. Bring your own mat. Optional Prop to bring: 2 blocks, 1 blanket (blankets will not be provided by the JCC at this time)
