Group Fitness Schedule – Registration Required!
Classes are virtual. Click your class time to register for the class on Zoom. Need help? Scroll down the page, past the Group Fitness Schedule, to find help using Zoom. Questions? Email email@example.com.
By participating in any online JCC group fitness class, you are agreeing to the disclaimer, assumption of risk, release , waivers, indemnification and arbitration at the bottom of the page.*
ZOOM REGISTRATION STEPS:
1. Sign up for a free Zoom account here.
2. Click on the class time you wish to attend (in the fitness schedule below) to register for this class. Be sure to register for our classes with the same email address that’s attached to your Zoom account.
3. Check your email for a message from APJCC Group Fitness. This will contain the password for the class. If you do not receive promptly, register for the class again.
4. Make sure you are signed into your personal Zoom account. If you are not, Zoom will ask you for your personal email address and password (these are different from the class ID# and password).
Aqua Fit classes will be offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00-10:45am. These classes are for JCC members only. Reservations are required and groups will be limited to 10. No congregating on the pool deck before or after, please.

We are live streaming our group fitness classes using Zoom! Zoom is an online, live video streaming service that you can access for free. Just click the link in the Group Fitness Schedule to register for your class. You’ll then receive an email with information about how to log on.

Find the perfect workout anytime! Les Mills designs workouts for in-studio or online. During the coronavirus situation, they are offering 95 free workout options across 8 categories that are ready to play right now. The Les Mills platform is free to use and will not collect any data from users. The workouts will remain open and available as long as the coronavirus situation continues to cause disruption.

The response from the JCC’s fitness instructors during this challenging time has been AMAZING. They have pitched in to help the JCC in all kinds of ways, one of which is to record special workouts to share with JCC members.
Flow & Hold Yoga with Courtney Krishnamurthy
Most yoga classes are either dedicated to keeping the body moving at a quicker pace, such as vinyasa or flow, or they’re very slow and still, such as yin or alignment-based traditions. In this one-hour Flow & Hold class we choose the middle path, incorporating pieces of both styles, so students can increase circulation and warmth in the body before allowing time to refine their practice, focusing on holding asanas for a longer period, allowing the time to focus on what’s happening in the body and mind.
Slow Flow & Restore with Courtney Krishnamurthy
Working through a slow, gentle vinyasa flow, your body will release the accumulated tensions from your day as your mind focuses on your movement and your breath. As you find release from your physical and mental tensions, we’ll move into more restorative postures meant to calm the nervous system and gently relax both body and mind.
