The JCC offers more than 90 classes each week, FREE for Full Center Members. Classes are held in our two beautiful group fitness studios.

Instructor Highlight- Karina Lambert

Our instructor of the month is Karina Lambert!

Karina started yoga in Buenos Aires where she was born. She was in her early twenties when she was drawn to the Iyengar Method and has been practicing and studying since then. She’s also a dance teacher of Israeli Folk Dances and has been curious about movement and flow since being a teenager.

She moved to CA 15 years ago and is very passionate about spreading her love for yoga in its physical form as well as the philosophy supporting it. She teaches mainly alignment classes around the South Bay in studios, companies and private students.
