The JCC offers more than 90 classes each week, FREE for Full Center Members. Classes are held in our two beautiful group fitness studios.

New! Ballroom Dance Classes

The JCC is offering a new Ballroom Dance Class Sampler Series for adults. Instructor Stephanie McShurley was originally trained at the Ballroom Dance Teachers College, and is trained in 17 different partner dances including Salsa, Foxtrot, Rumba, Tango and more. With over 10 years experience teaching, Stephanie will have you moving and grooving in no time. No partner or experience necessary, just bring a patient and positive attitude. NEW! Health Heart Classes

Every Monday & Friday, 11:00am-12:00pm with JCC instructors Herb and Else in the Gymnasium. This class offers a supervised exercise program designed to promote cardiac health and wellness. FREE for Full Center Members, $15 for Social Members, $25 for non-members.
