Aqua Fit

Join us in the pool for this non-impact, total body workout. Improve cardiovascular stamina, muscular endurance, flexibility, and range of motion.

Healthy Aging

We’re committed to helping you feel your best at any age! See our special offerings for active adults below. 

Healthy Hearts: Focusing on gently building cardiovascular endurance, body strength and balance. 
FIT (Forever in Training): Light on the joints and easy to follow, this low impact aerobics and strength class uses light weights and functional movements to get your heart pumping and muscles working!
Chair Yoga: A gentle form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair.

Classes include a variety of Boxing/Kickboxing fundamentals such as proper stance, punches/combinations, footwork, and the beginnings of self-defense. Students will also perform core, cardio, and strength exercises for increased benefit toward health. Equipment such as gloves, mitts, and heavy bags will be provided and utilized during class

Whether interested in learning the basics on a mat or deepening your movements on a reformer, the JCC offers a variety of pilates classes!

Strength Training

The JCC Los Gatos has a passionate weightlifting community that welcomes individuals of all levels and abilities. We run seasonal training programs that teach beginners how to lift safely and effectively so you can train with confidence.

Experience effective and safe indoor cycling to great music! Get the rush of outdoor cycling with hills, flats, and jumps in fun and creative intervals. Spin classes are a great full-body workout that you can adapt to your personal level.

Group Fitness


Ditch the workout and stay for the dance party! Every Zumba class is a fun event. The mix of Latin, top 40 and Hip Hop music keeps you energized.
