My philosophy lies in functional fitness. Functional fitness includes nutrition and physical exercise that allows one to prepare for the activities of everyday life. It means to have the strength, agility, and mobility to live independently. There are many with special needs for whom these activities are challenging. For a long time, I have been actively seeking a fitness program that will help special populations live a full and independent life. Functional training can be adapted for anyone. It is all about meeting clients where they are at and teaching them the basics of human movement. Progress may look a little different for some, but all will benefit from a functional training program
