Full Center Members of the JCC can attend our regularly scheduled yoga classes free of charge. See the Group Fitness Schedule for dates and times.
Others are welcome to participate by purchasing a day pass at the Service Desk in the JCC lobby. Day passes are $15 for JCC social members and $25 for non-members.
We also offer special yoga workshops from time to time. Special workshops will be listed here.

Join us for a morning of outdoor yoga on the JCC field. Begin your day with a gentle, opening, and relaxing Gratitude Yoga class with Linda Toeniskoetter from 9:00-10:15am. Marcela Christjansen will follow with a Flow & Glow Yoga class from 10:30-11:45am, which aims to help you feel support and steadiness within, leaving you ready to glow and shine! Partner yoga is a practice where two people are united by movement, by the connection of breathe and by their bodily communication. In this spacial Tu B’av (the Jewish holiday of love) class, we will explore the nature of our own practice as well as with our partner’s one, while engaging in a fun, uplifting and energetic partner flow, followed by a short meditation session, and then wine and chocolate. We invite you to celebrate your love with us, in a unique, compassionate, blissful and supportive atmosphere!
**For all levels. The class is limited to 20 participants. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.**

Vered Gani Katzir is an RYT500 Yoga Teacher and the owner of ShevaYoga. Experienced in Ashtanga Vinyasa flow, Iyengar practice, and individual therapy, she creates a practice that holds a place for students of all ages and backgrounds. Vered’s classes are joyful, soulful and educational while striving to work towards a stronger, more flexible body and a calmer mind.
