Full Center Members of the JCC can attend our regularly scheduled yoga classes free of charge. See the Group Fitness Schedule for dates and times.

Others are welcome to participate by purchasing a day pass at the Service Desk in the JCC lobby. Day passes are $15 for JCC social members and $25 for non-members.

These classes are free to JCC Full Center Members ages 13-18.
Cost for BBYO members who are not Full Center Members is $5/class.
Cost for teens who are not BBYO or JCC members is $15/class.


This two-hour class with instructor Trevor Taylor  integrates elements of yoga, martial arts, dance, and Tai Chi. Students will go through an extensive warm up to lubricate all joints, followed by  standing poses and movement sequences that help the body open up further as well as challenging the mind through coordinated movements. We will finish with a floor sequence that is safely accessible for all levels.

Come practice standing postures, twists, arm balances, and inversions with props to develop better alignment, more awareness, and numerous ways for our bodies to feel supported in order to access postures we don’t normally do. We will end with a long restorative savasana to experience relaxation through props as well. Space limited to 10 participants.

Experience the Torah through a yoga lens. Enjoy a unique mix of discussion, meditation, and alignment-based yoga. Stretch your body, mind and soul. Open to all backgrounds and fitness levels. Class is held in Studio B on the second floor of the JCC.

This is part of the JCC’s regular group fitness schedule, so it is a drop-in class. There is no need to register.
