TRX AND BOOTCAMP CLASSES
The JCC’s certified personal trainers offer TRX group classes and boot camps.
TRX is appropriate for every fitness level. TRX is a form of suspension training. It uses a system of straps, leveraging gravity and your own body weight to develop your strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
Take the Body Transformation Challenge!
Want to improve your physical fitness and/or lose weight in the new year? Sign up for the Body Transformation Challenge. This 6-week program focuses on weight loss, accountability, and learning to use the resources that are available to you at the JCC. These classes use the TRX Suspension Trainer and other functional training fitness equipment in the Small Group Class area of Fitness B for a full body strength & cardio workout in less than an hour, taught by a certified personal trainer of group fitness TRX instructor.

When you buy a TRX Training package, you can attend any scheduled TRX Training class. The “Unlimited monthly” package allows you to attend as many classes as you wish. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 8 participants, and reservations are recommended, but not required.
