Personal Training Outdoors

Looking for a training regimen that will help you reach your fitness goals? We offer solo (1 person), buddy (2 person), small group (3-5 people), and large group (6-8 people) personal training. To get started or for more information, contact us at

Personal Training on Zoom

Sheltering in place? You can connect directly to a certified JCC personal trainer via Zoom on your computer, tablet or mobile phone. Your JCC trainer will work with you to reach your fitness goals, at a discount off our regular personal training rates. Contact us at for more information and to schedule a session.

Youth Fitness Program

This program includes 4 sessions with a certified Personal Trainer in our Fitness Center. They will show your child how to use equipment properly and safely. After completion of the program, ages 10-12 may work out with parental supervision and ages 13-17 may work out on their own. Cost per child: $200 member or $250 non-member. Please note:  An active APJCC membership is required in order for your child to work out in the Fitness Center outside of the Youth Fitness Program sessions.

Virtual Run Club

A  running program designed by APJCC trainer Else Green, for intermediate level runners. As we continue our Shelter in Place, this is a great opportunity to take hold of running as a way to stay moving. Running lets you see the world outside your walls and feel the earth beneath your feet. Dust off those running shoes and Dolphin shorts. And join us for the JCC Virtual Run Club. We meet on Zoom.
Cost: $20 per week
