Body Transformation Challenge

JCC members, want to improve your physical fitness and/or lose weight? Sign up for the Body Transformation Challenge.

This 6-week group focuses on weight loss, accountability, and learning to use the resources that are available at the JCC. Includes 2 meetings each week with a trainer (the first meeting each week is a 30-minute talk and 30-minute workout, and the second meeting is a 60-minute workout), a nutrition seminar, weekly body fat scans with the InBody Body Composition Analyzer, before & after pictures, and weekly workout and nutrition homework.

This program is available to JCC Full Center Members. Cost for the program is $225.

The program starts the week of January 20 and continues for 6 weeks.

Andrew: Mon & Fri 11:00am-12:00 noon from 1/20-2/28
OR Mon & Fri 1:00-2:00pm from 1/20-2/28

Lori: Mon & Fri 10:30am-11:30 noon from 1/20-2/28
OR Tue & Fri 3:30-4:30pm from 1/21-2/28

Will the challenge have a winner? Yes! Winner is determined by the highest percentage of weight lost. There will also be a prize for the participant who gets the most stamps on their assignment card.
