TRX AND BOOTCAMP CLASSES

The JCC’s certified personal trainers offer small group classes including the Glute Workshop, Running Club, Walking/Beginning Jogging Club, and TRX.

Get amazing glutes! A training workshop focusing on specificity training for ANY fitness level!

These incredible sets of muscles, the largest in the human body,when activated properly with precise training,can be very powerful in all aspects of movement.

Whether you are looking to boost sports performance, progress your strength training program, fix your functional movement, or even just look better in your jeans…this workshop will help take you there!

Each workshop runs for 8 total sessions.

Cost: $360 Full Center Member, $440 Social Member or Non-Member

This class/ club  offers the highest level of coaching for aspiring runners from beginner to elite. As we progress the JCC team will pick races to train for. This club will break down all aspects of running from form to speed work. For more information or to register, contact [email protected].

Fees for Running Club are as follows:

ONE DAY PER WEEK

TWO DAYS PER WEEK

THREE DAYS PER WEEK

  • $300/month for Full Center Members
  • $360/month Social Member
  • $450/month Non-Member

This club/class is for the individual that ​aspires to learn how to run pain​ ​free starting at a walking pace, and slowly working their way to​wards​ becoming a successful jogger/runner. Coach ​Joe ​Sanders ​will teach you proper form, how to pace correctly, the theory of progression, how to become light on your feet, how to help your body adapt from walking to running without injury. ​​For more information or to register, contact [email protected].

Fees for Walking/Beginning Jogging Club are as follows:

ONE DAY PER WEEK

  • $30/month for Full Center Members
  • $50/month Social Member
  • $70/month Non-Member

TWO DAYS PER WEEK

  • $60/month for Full Center Members
  • $100/month Social Member
  • $140/month Non-Member

These classes use the TRX Suspension Trainer and other functional training fitness equipment in the Small Group Class area of Fitness B for a full body strength & Cardio workout in less than an hour, taught by a certified personal trainer of group fitness TRX instructor.

When you buy a TRX Training package, you can attend any scheduled TRX Training class. The “Unlimited monthly” package allows you to attend as many classes as you wish. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 8 participants, and reservations are recommended, but not required.
