Personal Trainer, Sharon Robinson has been part of the JCC Los Gatos Fitness Team for 15 years! She has been a personal trainer for 17 years. Sharon says that while she has been here for a while, her mission statement and training philosophy still stands true today: “We are all on our own journey. My goal is to help you become the most amazing version of yourself.”
Sharon has competed in many fitness events such as physique shows, marathons, and triathlons. She did not begin her strength training fitness journey until her early 30s. She started her fitness journey because she wanted to build a stronger body and metabolism. She wanted to use food as fuel and realized this was a better way to change her body.
Sharon says that now more than ever, she wants to empower and inspire men and women to become stronger version of themselves inside and outside of the gym. She cherishes the amazing relationships she has been able to develop with many JCC Los Gatos members and is grateful that she has been able to travel through their fitness journey together and guide each other through the ups and downs of life.
Sharon shares that as she jumps into her 50s, she truly believes that no matter where you are at in your journey or what age you are, improvements can be made and we can all still strive to be the best versions of ourselves. We are all capable of greatness in health and in life no matter what age we are.
Sharon’s specialties are in strength training, nutrition, and sports performance training and planning (including marathons, triathlons, and bodybuilding). Sharon is currently accepting new clients and loves working with small groups. No matter where you are in your life or fitness journey, Sharon is here to guide you through!
