JCC Los Gatos Personal Trainer, Wendell Lee joined the JCC Fitness Team in September. Wendell has been on his fitness journey for six years but says that he has always been passionate about fitness. His passion for fitness began at a young age as he participated in athletics. He says that his favorite ways to workout are martial arts, plyometrics, and heavy resistance training.
When asked what inspired him to get started on his fitness journey, Wendell said that he wanted to keep his functional capabilities and strength into his future. He says that is what keeps him motivated and it is what inspires him to stay active. Wendell says the thing that he loves most about being a personal trainer is inspiring others to chase their true potential while raising one’s confidence toward fitness.Â
Wendell believes that there are many benefits to working with a personal trainer. He believes one of the more important benefits is the confidence boost, safety, exercise variety, and development of discipline that come with working with a personal trainer. He says that his mission as a personal trainer is to utilize the knowledge and experience that he has gained to help others reach their fitness and health goals. Along his personal training path, he has had the opportunity to assist several trainees of all ages achieve significant weight loss, health, and strength results. He says that his training sessions are fun, safe, and full of work to ensure you enjoy the process of exercise and reach your goals safely and efficiently.Â
