Thank you for your continued patience as we work hard to get your favorite Group Fitness classes with our wonderful instructors online! We have started live streaming some of our classes using Zoom. Miss your circuit training workout? Three times a week, the JCC's Fitness Director, Bill Marzolla, takes you through the ultimate muscle-building, fat-torching circuit routine, using items available in your own home! Presented on Facebook Live on MWF at 3:00pm, and available in a recorded version for you to watch later. More info: (Do you miss the cardio machines? You ARE a cardio machine. Go outside for a run, bike ride, or brisk walk! It's allowed under the shelter-in-place order, as long as you stay 6 feet from others.)
