HEALTHY AGING

Stay engaged in our community! These virtual classes, gatherings, and conversations will keep you learning, growing, and thriving.

Programs listed in blue are one-time programs.
Programs listed in purple are ongoing programs.

Times listed are Pacific Time.

*Now continuing through June.
Based on Rabbi Rachel Cowan (z”l) and Dr. Linda Thal’s book, “Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience and Spirit.”
Join us for a series of vibrant discussions on how to approach aging mindfully and with meaning. These sessions will be led by JFSSV’s new Community Coordinator of Wellbeing, Rabbi Barnett Brickner. As the authors of the book point out, “There is no set of instructions for getting older. On the other hand, those of us currently in this stage count ourselves as part of an extraordinary two stream making generation-pioneer in understanding and making the most of this ‘third chapter’ of life.”
