Yoga for Balance & Posture – Virtual

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Tone and stretch your body with standing yoga poses and challenge your posture with balancing poses. To assist with form and technique this class will utilize a chair or wall for stretches and balance work. This yoga class is unique because it will not utilize the floor. So if you do not like getting up and down on the floor, then this is a perfect yoga class for you!
