Virtual Lecture: Szancer Art Exhibition
From September 14 through November 8, the APJCC will be opening its doors to imagination and inviting you into the fairytale world created by the famous Polish-Jewish illustrator, Jan Marcin Szancer.
In this virtual lecture connected to the exhibition, you’ll learn about the influence of the Polish Jews on Polish culture and art in the second half of the 20th century. The lecture will be led by professor Edyta Gawron, Head of the Center for the Study on the History and Culture of Krakow Jews, Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland.
