Outdoor Group Fitness: SHRED
We’re offering in-person, outdoor group fitness classes! For now, these outdoor classes are being offered on a “pop-up” basis, which means the schedule and type of classes offered may vary each week. See the group fitness schedule for details.
Outdoor classes are for JCC members only, with a reservation. They’re free with your JCC membership. You can make reservations in the My J app.
SHRED is a high-intensity and endurance-based non-stop 30 minute workout utilizing a 3-2-1 approach. A 15-minute preview of exercises will start off each class. We advise bringing your own mat, water, towel and sunscreen.
