The APJCC is undertaking an exploration of the values that underlie our community and inform our behavior. You are invited to a monthly series of lunch and learns on Fridays at noon to examine how these values are rooted in Jewish sources, what we already do to put these values into action, and what more we can do to enact them.
This is a free, drop-in class that is open to everyone. Bring your lunch.
Values for the coming months are as follows (we have 8 values and they repeat throughout the year):
- January: Chochmah–Wisdom
- February: Derech Eretz–Building Character
- March: Kehillah–Community
- April: Chesed–Lovingkindness
- May: Chochmah–Wisdom
- June: Kavod–Respect
